Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

There was small patch of red wrinkle like infection on one side of my groin area. I applied Sarfaz ointment and it was fine. Today I had the burning sensation on both the sides and the infection has spread to the other side too. It's no more red. Attaching photo for reference

Due to winter my skin all over my body is getting extremely dry and I do apply moisturiser every now and then but it keeps itching severely causing rashes and redness on my hands, stomach and thighs. Please kindly suggest a good moisturiser and a tablet to cure this.

Hi, I started to have an issue since last week in which some white liquid is getting discharged from my philtrum area which later turns into yellow crystal; there is no discomfort as such only the liquid discharge is frequent. Hi, sometimes I see flaky skin between my fingers after I use a cleanser the skin is red, it had small bubbles initially but now it's gone but could see the rash and the skin becomes dry. I've been using moisturizer from beginning but still its of no use. The small bubbles seems to appear sometimes and it vanishes off. Please advise.. thank you.

I have infected by scabies mite few months back. Have undergone medications suggested by doctor including multiple application of Permethrin Cream and Clobetasol Propionate & Gentamicin Sulphate Cream. Two dosage of ivermectin. Washing all my clothes in hot water. Still I'm getting reinfected each time after the medication. Suggest if i'm missing anything to get rid of reinfection.
