Black and rough texture skin on butt
Hi, For the last one year I am feeling rough textured skin on the butt and there is a muscle loss as well. When I took a picture, I could see the blackness of the skin. Sometimes feeling itchiness. There were mild fungal infections earlier and had treatment with the creams. Medical history asthma, allergy and gastritis. I have attached the picture, kindly look. Is this anything to worry about?

There are two possibilities sir. One is just frictional colour change and superimposed fungal infection. For that there are good medicines to treat but it wil still take time for it to return to normal fully. But the picture shows some kind of hollowness in the site of darkness!. Do you have steroid medicines for a long time? .. are you diabetic? Is there any other problem like poor weight gain or appetite etc? .. if not.. than nothing to worry you can get the prescription for the fungal infection and try to wear boxer type underwear not the tight ones
