Skin became rough with black dry patch

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hi Doctor, I moved to Bangalore from Hyderabad and post that, I started seeing rough black patches on random places of my hand(between knuckles,near wrist) I do not have any itching sensation there nor any pain. I did not have any skin problems in the history. Please let me know what it could possibly be?
