Very rough and dry skin on one finger
I am having very rough and dry skin at one finger from last 2 years. If I look closely it looks like drought land. Sometime it itches too.

You could be having some form localised psoriasis. Apply moisturizer or oil frequently.

Do not remove the dry skin.
