Black spots on botch cheeks
Black spots on both cheeks. Are these blackheads? How do I get rid of them. Tried salicylic acid gel but did not work. No scrub worked. One doctor recommended elecrocautery to get the removed. Should I go for it?

Your skin is oily you have black heads , acne camedones due to clogging opening of the glands need treatment and removal . Use a good face wash of oily skin type and Epiduo get over the area at night
