Your symptoms are suggestive of frictional contact dermatitis. Frictional dermatitis is defined as an eczematous process in which physical frictional trauma contributes to the induction of a dermatitis process. I would advise you to visit a dermatologist so that you can be evaluated and get a confirmed diagnosis so that you can be treated accordingly. If the condition persists or worsens visit the dermatologist at the earliest.

This could be PMLE / Frictional dermatitis. The photos are not very clear. Its advisable that you see a qualified dermatologist near you - so that the lesion can be assessed and diagnosis is made and treatment is given. Warm regards, Dr Govind Suresh Mittal, Bengaluru.
