Underarm and Inner thigh darkness
Hi. I have a dark underarm and Inner thigh.I am planning to take a whitening treatment for both underarms and thighs.
Can someone suggest me which procedure is safe?

I had serious chickpox issue 15 years back, which affected my underarms and inner thigh seriously.This scar pigmentation is the main cause of the darkness.
