My 3rd generation HIV test is negative after 6 months ...is it conclusive? Or I have to go for 4th generation HIV test

Hi, It's been 2 years since I've on my smoking cessation and i was under the heavy influence of alcohol 2 years ago, now an occasional heavy drinker, and the problem is my face puffiness doesn't goes away even when I'm not not consuming alcohol on an daily basis, I've fat on my chest, skinny arms and legs, bloated stomach & puffy face with broad hips Is it due to poor posture or alcohol ? We were trying to get the tika stain remove from his forehead, did face wash multiple times, then used tika remover which caused the burn on the forehead. Lateron used coconut oil. At the moment, the centre part is burnt What can be done to get rid of that burnt?

I am facing the dandruff problem from last 3 years and also consulted many derma regarding but still if i stop using anti dandruff medicated shampoo then dandruff started coming back.. it is making my hair very rough dry and frizzy..is it possible to treat it completely? I tried salisa kt, scalpe plus ketoconazole shampoo but when i stop using them the issue persists. Currently I'm using scalpe plus... now i have dry flake in my ear area like my hair..please help
