Dandruff/scalp buildup
I have a lot of dandruff and buildup in my scalp and anti-dandruff shampoos don't really help. Are there clinics in Bangalore where I can come in something like a scalp scrub/cleaning treatment.

Don't worry...you are suffering from seborrheic dermatitis causing dandruff... Specific medicine available for good control... Treatment depends on the severity..Do direct online consultation for detailed prescription by sending photos.

Scalp scrub is not in the line of medical treatment..its parlour treatment and not recommended.
Pl share pic for proper evaluation like whether it is seborrheic dermatitis of something else
