Is a shampoo and lotion same thing? How do I use Nuforce antidandruff lotion , should I use it like a shampoo or I should just apply on scalp ?

Use like shampoo... however treatment depends on the severity...Don't worry...you are suffering from seborrheic dermatitis causing dandruff... Specific medicine available for good control... You should use it like a shampoo. For applying on scalp there are stay on lotions.
