Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My self swayang.32 age.i am getting severe itching on my lower feet.not total feet but in particular area on right feet.i have attached pictures of my feet.plz tell what is this.

I have been experiencing itching near my neck and chest area randomly since today morning. Some itching also experienced on the arms and thighs. It has caused some redness and rashes as well.
