Sudden mole on finger
I have noticed a sudden small black dot/mole on my right index finger as seen in the picture. It's not painful or problematic in any way, but I'm just wondering if this is something i need to be worried about? I am a healthy male who doesn't smoke or drink and lead an active lifestyle. Please advise.

This could be acquired mole. If it increases in size suddenly or the margins get uneven. You should consult a dermatologist then.
