Tiny (1mm) black dots on face and neck
About 1 month ago, suddenly few black dots (1 mm size) appeared on my wife's face and neck during 1 week period. They surely don't look like pimple or mole. They are totally black. It happened for the first time and their size or color has not changed yet. What can be the possible reasons behind this? If you could understand the issue, what should she do to get rid of them?
