I m living at area where too much heat, excess 42° daily but I feel too much humid,hot,heat without sweat,i don't sweat much especially when I wake i bath with medium warm water wash face ,legs with water regularly one more important thing is I m uncomfortable wearing full pants,zeans not like others because of this please tell me solution s

Yesterday i lost about 3'5 eyebrow hair while wiping sweat, post that on pulling i lost 7-10 more. Today also on pulling i lost 4-5 hair. (Post that there qas itching in my brow, like you have after getting brows plucked) Is this normal. I also loose 1-2 eyelasheswhen  i rub my eyes. I have FPHL and have been on finasteride for the past two months. My eyebrows are pretty bushy and there is no patch hairloss, neither on scalp or eyebrows. Attaching a picture of my brows. I have a high RF factor(>50) and anti CCP (200) and was diagnosed with asymptomatic Rhumotoid arthritis in June. I am not on any medication for that. I am scared if this is AA? please confirm. I started to have pain and within two days I got rashes with extreme burning sensation and stabbing pain . I checked with my local doctor he advised me to take acyclovir ointment (herpikind) and acyclovir 400 mg tablet and paracetamol and azix (azithromycin tablets) for 5 days after the period I again visited him and checked he gave me same paracetamol and azio and IRabi 20 tablet ... should I take these medicine and should I continue with my old one ... because I don't fine acyclovir in this tablets ... at times now I get stabbing pain and burning sensation ... please ans me

My inside skin of genital is quite red since last one year & tingling painting sensation in it.i am taking Cal acyclovir 1000 my.from last 7 days & applying acyclovir cream on that area but didn't get relief by these medicines. I have the same problem from last 7 years.But not resolved yet.i tried all types of medicines.

Can I use derma dew baby soap for my 5 month old baby?( a premie by 6 weeks). Wanted to check since there is a campaign going around stating pH matters but my pediatrician has suggested dermadew. I'm using derma dew moisturing lotion after bath.
