Please suggest me a good facewash and face cream to remove acne marks, now i dont havr acne but marks remain in my face , i have oily skin.

Facing hair thining and hair fall issues very badly. I have done my testing , vitamin d is 18 . Fyi also have dandruff issues. Please suggest, any solutions will be really appreciated.

A couple of months back, I was walking barefoot on lawn grass and something pinched in my foot and caused a wound. I checked thoroughly to see if there was anything stuck inside the wound and found nothing. I treated the wound normally and it healed in a week. Since then there is a small bump in the healed wound and whenever i put pressure on it, jump, or even run it causes a lot of pinch like pain.
