I have hidradenitis suppurativa since 4years. I got a pustule near groin 6 days ago. After 2 days, it started draining. I have been dressing the wound 3 times a day by using mupirocin ointment and sterile gauze. There is no pus draining anymore. Only clear liquid along with some blood is oozing out. The wound is the size of a pea and is bright red in color. It is slight protruding out. Even after 5 days, the wound is oozing little bit and not healing completely. I'm facing discomfort while urinating as it stings a little bit. Please tell me what to do. I'm attaching a close-up of the wound for reference.

My 5 years old daughter got her finger got stuck while closing the droor and her nail got injured. Incident happened 1 month ago. I have attached the photo of nail for your reference. I have cracked heels in both feet even though I applied heelmate cream also but it  light up the cracks and  did not completely cure this problem I don't know this is infection because at my home I didn't wear socks barefoot but crack don't have any pain kindly tell me cream which is best and cure this problem
