Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Today morning i woke up with this unusal patch in my hands darker idk y please help me out with what is this

My mother, who is 64 years old, is suffering from the problem of screen for the last 3 months. There are rashes on both her elbows and arms in the morning but there is no red rash. We have consulted the local doctor, he has given citizen and some lotion. After leaving the tablet the condition is back to the same please tell me what tests should I get done

Face become dried and formed a white and blackish layer. And also one hands I'm getting some spores which make itching while exposing to sun light.

Hi Doctors, I have been suffering from pityriasis roscea from last 1.5 months. Since then, my platelets counts are also reduced (approx. 1lac 10k). Is this condition could be responsible for decrease in platelets count in the blood? Thanks.

I am having hair loss patches on my beard may be due to disease called alopecia... earlier some 5 years ago I had the same problem.. the doctor gave me corticosteroids for my arthritis which maybe worked for this too..
