Use of Retinol
Should I use a retinol before bed after washing my face. I am a 28 year old Male with normal (slightly oily) skin, no damage to skin as such other than sun tan. But I heard using retinol helps improve the skin and any dark spots on it. Please suggest and if yes, what concentration to start with
