That depends on the type and cause of hairloss. Not on the PRP sessions. PRP is an adjuvant therapy that provides growth factors for hair to grow

Do not take any medicine . Spironolactone may effect the platelet efficacy. PRP itself is one of the best treatment for hair fall. Take supplements as advised by the doctor.
