2 yrs back I severely sprained my Right Shoulder & Arm due to fall on wet floor. 2 yrs back, shoulder movement was restricted to 50% along with extremely sore shoulder & painful right arm, shoulder & carpal tunnel, painful elbow & wrist, accompanied by tingling, rotating pain along the right arm till fingers on the right arm. Gradually, arm movement has recovered, but the pain still continues.

My period is late. I had my last period on April 1. On April 26, my partner and I were fooling around. He came but not inside me. We wiped the semen off with tissues. When I was growing up I was constantly getting bladder and kidney infections and now, as an adult I am questioning how they came to be. I remember being given vaginal suppositories quite frequently and am wondering if and why one would treat a bladder or kidney infection in that way in a young child, or rather if these could have been the cause of the infection in the first place. I was probably around the age of 5 or 6. In case you can't figure it out, I'm trying to get to the bottom of whether or not there may have been some abuse going on due to some unnerving memories that have come up and now as I'm an adult. My child is going for urination at least 8 to 10 times a day. 3-4 days back he had slight pain in stomach. Urine test routine shows Reaction pH Alkaline 7.1, pus cells 1-2 /HPF, and Epithelial cells as 0-1/HPF. Culture report says "Urine culture is sterile after 48 hours of aerobic incubation at 37 degree". When he is asleep he does not wake up for urinating. He does not wet his bed as well. But when he is awake he urges to urinate every 15 minutes or so. Urine color is pale yellow.

Dear Doctors, I have a problem with wet nostrils and mucus in throat. I have been suffering with this since a long ago ( roughly around some 10 years) I have consulted several physicians earlier and was of no use. Recently I contacted one of the renowned ENT surgeon and specialist and he advised me to atke a Scan for sinus and other blood allergic profile tests etc. Everything was done and finally found no any sinus or problem in the allergic profile. The doctor then examined me and confirmed that there is a infection in the throat and has given some medicines. I have been using this from the last one month but I don't find any benefit from this yet. I have stopped taking cold beverages or sweets, and taking hot water all the time. But still the problem exists. Since last the 10 years my nostrils never got dry. This really making a big impact on the quality of my life. Suggest me something more relevant

Dear Doctor, Thank you taking out time to answer my query. I have been suffering from sexual problem for about Five months now. I don't know whether it is ED or not. 1.My penis became like lump. I can feel it when i touch it however not as the same feeling as earlier. It rarely reacts to the sexual feelings. 2.When it does it is very small. 3.It only reacts when I eat heat producing food like mutton, onion and spicy food. 4.I get wet dreams once every two weeks and sometimes not even in two weeks. 5.I had also been suffering from bad smell from urine for 4months and that cured with Himalaya cystone tablet.
