Recently Answered Questions on wet cough syrup

I have been having minor cough for over three weeks now. It's not always the, but on and off. I use to smoke (half to full packet a day) till last month, but because i had cough i stopped. But cough still remains. I am worried if i might have caught any major decease. It could be symptoms of quiting smoke, but from online reading that seems less probable. I am thinking of going for a checkup soon and was wondering if someone can tell me whom to consult and what kinds tests are recommended.

My mother having continuous cough problem,means white cough disturbes & comes out again and again n if she doesnt gets it discharged,she feels like something's being stuck in throat till she spits it out.V been to many doctors like Alopathy,allergy tests,chest x-ray,MRI,cough sample test etc. but no relief yet.plz sugg

My 1 year 3 months old Son has fever, loose motion with blood stain. He has passed stool around 8-10 times in day. He is ok ok active. Drink fluid little little. I am confused that in his stool whether it is blood stain or something else as he drank beetroot juice yesterday. Please help I brought him to nearby physician he prescribed Change M syrup 5ml and cado z syrup 5ml both twice a day. Still his loose motion not improving. Pleaee help

Sir, My son age 2 years He is getting fever high 103 Last month june he suffered fever and hospitalised for 4 days. Crp level 21 Now Again last 2 days suffered high fever 103 We aregiving parcetomol 250 syrup every 4 to 5 hours dose 5ml If we not give dose more than 5 hours fever will jump to 103. Crp level yesterday 16 Doctor suggested antibiotic and high fever present giving syrups. My dout Why child is getting  fever again and again why Last 3 months only completed june 2025 Now agin same fever continuing. My son blood is always 9.9 showing Weight 11.2. Please tell my sir. 🙏

My 6yr old daughter suffering from allergy after admitted in hospital for fever on July 21st. now taking allegra and cetzine syrup for the past 10 days.. before tat she took atarax syrup but allergy again again came so dr suggested allegra 7.5ml in the mrng and cetzine 6ml in night.. now itching on eyes reduced and small red rashes reduced but one red bump came on her cheek before 4 days.. it still didn't go away.. I have attached the pic of that.. same one red bump on her butt line too.. What r all the food should avoid for her .. pls tell me what to do next .

Hello. Good evening to all. My daughter has recently turned one year. She is suffering from cold, runny nose and blocked nose. I am giving her solvin cold af oral drops, 2.5 ml twice daily. Also somehow, she is having loose motion from yesterday, upon which her doctor has prescribed Taxim o. I had two queries;- 1. Can I give her Solvin cold af syrup or should I continue drops. 3. Is it safe to give taxim o, dry syrup along with solvin cold oral drops? Thank you

My daughter has been sick for the last five days. Her symptoms were fever and body aches. 4 days before we checked her blood for dengue and report came positive. IgM positive and IgG negative. Her platelets count was 259000 on Wednesday, on Thursday plates count was reduced to 223000. Dr prescribed syrup plateboost, Syrup Fevfast and asked to give her well fluid, fruits and meals. Dr said no need for hospitalization now, we will see after the next report. Today we checked her platelets which were reduced to 179000. Today Dr said we will do her CBC on the 27th. Till then continue the said treatment. My question is what to do? She is not feeling good and continuously sleeping. Hospitalization will help for fast recovery. What must we do next? Please give your second opinion.

My daughter 5 years old fractured her lower left leg 5 days back . Doctor said it's mild fracture and he has put pop. He said to give paracetamol if she gets pain. But paracetamol syrup doesn't reduce her pain. So we r giving combiflam syrup which reduces her pain. How many days will this pain persists?
