Frequent urination
My child is going for urination at least 8 to 10 times a day. 3-4 days back he had slight pain in stomach. Urine test routine shows Reaction pH Alkaline 7.1, pus cells 1-2 /HPF, and Epithelial cells as 0-1/HPF. Culture report says "Urine culture is sterile after 48 hours of aerobic incubation at 37 degree". When he is asleep he does not wake up for urinating. He does not wet his bed as well. But when he is awake he urges to urinate every 15 minutes or so. Urine color is pale yellow.

It's a normal report. Please do USG abdomen for kidney ureter and bladder and residual urine after urinations for further evaluation.
