After drunken heavy alcohol in night can i allow him to take tablets mentioned above in night.. or not to take tablets after drunken..

Off late i have been experiencing a little pain in my penis which is on and off. A couple of weeks back the pain was slightly intense which lasted for about 45 minutes and then went away on its own.
