Early morning 1st October 3:15 Temperature was 101.9. I'm giving 9 ml Dolo 250 syrup. every 5-6 hours as & when temperature start to increase. My son is active,no other problem so far but fever is coming back again and again. Do i need to let him go for check up?

My weight is 36 kgs from a couple of years ago, I had lost appetite and didn't feel like eating. Thyroid tests are done and I don't have a thyroid problem, so could you please let me know what's the cause for sudden weight loss and unable to regain it and please suggest what are the tests to be taken to find out the cause. I am 44 years old female..I have been prescribed zyncovit..I have started with syrup instead of tablets as tablets may cause more constipation.. I am also told that supplements cause increased body  heat..do they cause it? If yes, what issues can they lead to? Can they also cause heavy menstrual bleeding? What can be done to offset it? Thanks
