Hello doctor, I see doctors telling honey is good for health. I don't think there's any pure honey available at the market. It's all sugar syrup. Then why doctors are recommending to add honey in the diet? Aren't they aware of these things. Help me. Thank you.

Yes of course. I never tell my clients to have honey. Instead I tell them use cinnamon stick. It just not give sweetness but also have many benefits to health. Any query or questions you can always ask me in personalised messages.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Honey is good for health as its a natural immunity booster.
And it has many other benefits also.
Many brands are doing this adulteration of honey but still there are brands which give pure honey.
If you don't want to take honey, it's fine. But we will continue to give good advise.
Best regards.
Dr. Anil Kumar Jain.
