Recently Answered Questions on wet cough syrup

For the last two days, with a mild fever not more than 100. And their is a burning sensation at the beginning of the urine.  I saw a doctor and he gave a urine routine and urine culture test.Doctor gave me alkasol syrup and zenocin 200 tab.I got my urine routine test today.i am attaching my report . will i continue these medication or I add something more.

I am taking cremaffine syrup  15 ml daily at night still a problem persist. I was diagnosed with h pylori and completed antibiotics course, also I do regular exercises like running for half an hour but no improvement is there

I am 44 years old female..I have been prescribed zyncovit..I have started with syrup instead of tablets as tablets may cause more constipation.. I am also told that supplements cause increased body  heat..do they cause it? If yes, what issues can they lead to? Can they also cause heavy menstrual bleeding? What can be done to offset it? What if her fever comes back within an hour or so What is the maximum number of times she can take calpol.
