Hello Dr. My child is 4 and half year old. He had uti about 2 month before and than had cough. Cough didn't resolved completely and right now he had ear ache what should I do? Can it be an infection? Should I go to enter or pediatrician?

Blood from nose morning
From last one month every morning blood is coming from my nose. Initially blood is coming in cough in morning & then it start coming from nose. Blood is dark red & it look like a clot. Please let me know is there any serious issue. There is no cough (khansi) & weakness.
