Chest heaviness and nose

I am 27 year old man suffering from cough headache chest heaviness and heaviness in forehead while coughing. My lymph nodes of armpit are swollen from more than six months and when i press it also be painful. kindly suggest.

For lymphnodes in armits u should consult surgeons n if possible plan biopsy for same. For cough n cold if its reccurrent then u should get chest x ray n pulmonary functions done to r/o asthma.
