Hello Doctor, My wife aged 40 years went through Depression phase for last couple of years and doctor advised Fludac syrup (5ml after breakfast) as she couldn't take tablet/capsules. She took syrup for @1 year and depression symptoms are no longer visible however OCD for cleaniness still remains and this is causing anxiety in her behavior and her (as well as family members) lifestyle has changed significantly. After taking Fludac for 1 year, she somehow made it as a ego issue and stopped taking medicine for last 5-6months despite all the convincing from family side. She is not even ready to visit doctor. In order to improve/solve her OCD/Anxiety, I am trying to find out alternate ways to give her the medicine without she knowing. Is it safe to mix 5ml of Fludac syrup in a cup of warm milk to disguise and give it to her after breakfast everyday? Will it be effective? Thanks for your kind suggestion in this matter.

My baby completed 2 years and 1 month and from one month she had this skin issue.so first she got this small bumps on 29th march and those look like mosquito bites but then bumps became water filled hard blister so people said chicken pox we consulted pediatrician and he prescribed averzine hydroxyzine OS IP 10mg and sofidew calamine lotion after using few days it didn't worked so we consulted dermatologist he gave teczine levocetrizine dihydrocloride syrup and mupirocin,atarax hydroxyzine 2mg syrup each syrup 4ml suggested after using 10 days no improvement.its been 37 days still she is getting half inch size red skin first then small bumps and it ll become water filled blister bumps she s scratching and I don't know what to do.please suggest me something doctors said those aren't chicken pox so what is it. Kindly suggest some medicine or any procedure. Thanks in advance Deepa

Case of Disrupted Bowel Movement..... Semi Loose stools and mild acidic stomach.... No fowl smell but frequently accompanied with light yellowish or food color presence in the stool....Slight indigestion and ..... History of H. pylori infection last year Sept-October.... Treated with antibiotics syrup and Pantoprazole tablets for the first 15 days ... And again 3 different antibiotic tabs and Stomafit Syrup for next 30 days .... Gut condition and Motions stool passing is fine when taken Stomafit Syrup and reverts back into the same state when stopped. I am a 19 yrs old female. I have been experiencing chest pain since past 1 yrs. It usually occurs when I move my chest or twist my body. The chest pain has been constant since 1 yrs but somedays it doesn't occur. I consulted a doctor 6 months ago.He prescribed me sucrafil O syrup and a gas reliever tablet. While I was on dose of syrup my chest pain completely vanished and my body felt light but when my dose ended and I stopped drinking syrup the chest pain returned back. I also suffer with constipation episodes frequently . Sucrafil reduced my constipation and also vanished chest pain. A year ago I suffered with severe constipation episode which lead to rectal bleeding. Got my ultrasound tests done it showed excessive gas and stool. Even though my constipation has healed to a larger extent. Chest pain still persists with lot of burps. It would be very helpful if any doctor could help with this..🙏🥺

My baby is 9 month old weight 8 kg....is having fever for 5 days...with no other symptoms. .. My doc said it is something viral...after 5 days we got to know she is having herpes in mouth. ...dr recommended zovirex syrup 4 times...2ml each time for 5 days...I started giving that from sunday morning...on sunday I gave 3 times...but in the evening I felt baby was something bit unconscious...so I ddnt give it 4 time...neither did I give it yesterday... Now one of my colleague said me that I should not have stopped it...and completed the course. Now I want to ask u docs here...do i need to complete the course ...as she is better now and lesions has started healing....shall I start it from today again...how many days I need to complete the course...and how many times and how much ml should i give that syrup to my 9 month old having weight 8 kg... Hi my baby has cold and chest congestion, from morning, he wasn't taking any proper feeds normally he use to take feeds every 2hrs ,it's been 3hrs he wasn't hungry or taking so we forcefully feeded him through katori and chamcha he took burped and removed good amount of milk after burp,the milk was very sticky sticky, I am going to take him to paediatrician today, last time I took him he prescribed antibiotics, but doesn't seems much change,Clavam syrup, Crocin syrup, ascoril syrup all 3times (2.5)ml,ascoril (1ml),can you please guide can I do forcefull feeding after 3hrs? Or do I wait for him to be hungry and rather wait for 4hrs??? Or wait for him to be hungry, currently he is ill but active and playing, but not taking feed, I want to know the sticky milk which came out after he burped was the congestion which came out? Please tell, do I ask my doctor to change the medicine will it have any side effects if antibiotics are continued??

Since a year I'm suffering from anal cracks and recently I visited a gynecologist and she said it is Anal fissure due to constipation and gave medicines for 5days. There's no improvement in my condition. Defecation will be done daily in the morning when I wake up and twice mostly (but painful from 1year). But still Is this constipation? Changed many items in my diet. Having more fiber food, non spicy food, more fluids. But There's no difference in my pain while passing stool. Painless only when I'm Taking "Cremaffin plus" syrup daily before going to bed everyday and nifecaine cream before and after bowel movement. If I skip syrup for a day it's horrible pain in the next morning again. Now we are planning for children and are medicines of  Anal fissure a problem to conceive? For how long can I have this syrup and does it impact if I conceive? Is there any solution for this and how long does it take if there is a treatment?
