I am a 19 yrs old female. I have been experiencing chest pain since past 1 yrs. It usually occurs when I move my chest or twist my body. The chest pain has been constant since 1 yrs but somedays it doesn't occur. I consulted a doctor 6 months ago.He prescribed me sucrafil O syrup and a gas reliever tablet. While I was on dose of syrup my chest pain completely vanished and my body felt light but when my dose ended and I stopped drinking syrup the chest pain returned back. I also suffer with constipation episodes frequently . Sucrafil reduced my constipation and also vanished chest pain. A year ago I suffered with severe constipation episode which lead to rectal bleeding. Got my ultrasound tests done it showed excessive gas and stool. Even though my constipation has healed to a larger extent. Chest pain still persists with lot of burps. It would be very helpful if any doctor could help with this..🙏🥺

My baby is 9 month old weight 8 kg....is having fever for 5 days...with no other symptoms. .. My doc said it is something viral...after 5 days we got to know she is having herpes in mouth. ...dr recommended zovirex syrup 4 times...2ml each time for 5 days...I started giving that from sunday morning...on sunday I gave 3 times...but in the evening I felt baby was something bit unconscious...so I ddnt give it 4 time...neither did I give it yesterday... Now one of my colleague said me that I should not have stopped it...and completed the course. Now I want to ask u docs here...do i need to complete the course ...as she is better now and lesions has started healing....shall I start it from today again...how many days I need to complete the course...and how many times and how much ml should i give that syrup to my 9 month old having weight 8 kg... I tested positive for Covid last week. I had no fever, initially for 1-2 days had sore throat, a broken voice and little cough. But as few days passed, my throat is not exactly sore but feels more scratchy, and there has been quite some coughing (I do not generally have a coughing issue, although I tend to get a sore throat quite often). I gargled with Betadine for few days, and I take Strepsils tablets once almost everyday. It gives me only temporary relief. I also had cold and a stuffed nose but that is slowly getting better. It's been almost a week and the coughing isn't reducing. The scratchy feeling in the throat is directly inducing the coughing. It's not like I am coughing all the time. But once in a while the throat feels very pricky(like it happened in sleep today, all of a sudden) and results in coughing. I could only go back to sleep after taking a Strepsil. So, what should I do? What medicines should I take if the usual Betadine and Strepsils are not being enough?

Hello Doctor, I missed my periods (expected around 25–27 Sept) and got an abdominal ultrasound done — the gynecologist said I have PCOD, but she didn’t ask for any blood tests. I’m confused because before this, an online doctor advised me M2-Tone syrup for 4 weeks, and now a homeopathic doctor gave me homeopathic medicines with Hertone syrup and told me to stop all others. I want to confirm if I truly have PCOD or just a temporary hormonal imbalance. Could you please suggest the exact blood tests or hormone profile I should get done (like LH, FSH, TSH, Prolactin, AMH, Testosterone, Insulin, etc.)? Also, should I get another ultrasound done? And should I continue any of these syrups right now or wait until after the tests? I’m trying to eat clean, reduce sugar, and start yoga. Kindly guide me on what to do next to get my periods naturally and confirm my diagnosis.

Hello, my daughter has diarrhea/loose stools since 2 days. Doctor prescribed the Enterogermina 5 ml bottle/pack twice a day, but still the diarrhea/loose stools not reducing. Let me brief; On Tuesday my daughter got Vaccinated (2 years completion vaccine) at that time itself she had mild cold so Doctor gave Relent + syrup and almost the cold got reduced, and on Friday she had mucus on throat but no running nose, so we gave Ventimox CV dry syrup for that mucus, Friday we gave Ventimox CV syrup twice and mucus also reduced but at midnight she vomited and from Saturday onwards diarrhea/loose stools started. Now, we are giving Enterogermina. As we used Enterogermina for 2 days and still the baby has diarrhea. Please advise how many days diarrhea will last and can we continue Enterogermina for another day? Thanks in advance.

I consulted child specialist for my daughter of 10 years of age. I visited for some vitamins supplements. Actually she looked some weak. Two months ago the doctor prescribed her R.B Tone kids 5ml once and V & M syrup 5ml twice for 3 months. But since few days she was having pain sometimes in the knees. I consulted orthopaedic and everything is normal. So, I thought to give her calcium supplement. But her already two vitamins were going on. So, I decided to ask the same Pediatrics. He then discontinued R B Tone and suggested v&m syrup 5ml and Calcimax D 5ml both twice for one month. But my question is that bot syrup contains zinc 2mg. So, at each time she is taking 4mg zinc. It is ok ? Her age is 10 years, weight 35 kgs and ht 4'7". Please suggest is it ok ?
