You are experiencing what may fall under chronic gastro-colic reflex disturbance, mild malabsorption, and gut inflammation.

Share complete reports (blood work, liver function test, stool test, H. pylori results if available) so we can correlate and plan better. Book a homeopathic consultation for constitutional prescribing.

It seems to be IBS leading to enterocolitis and vice versa. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated. The cause can be stressful life situations or hereditary, needs to rule out. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively. It needs to be treated in a holistic approach for complete recovery. You need an expert psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician. Allopathic medicine may not be helpful for a long time. It has lot of side effects and addictive in nature with temperory relief.
Next Steps
I have been working as a Homeopathic Psychiatrist and Counseling psychologist for the last 17 years. You can contact me through an online appointment for further assistance

Hello, Thank you for sharing your detailed health history — you're clearly very aware of your condition, which is a great start. Your symptoms — semi-loose stools, light yellowish food-colored stool, mild acidity, and urgency after meals — along with findings like Grade 1 fatty liver, biliary sludge, and enterocolitis likely point to post-H. pylori gut imbalance, liver sluggishness, and persistent low-grade inflammation of the digestive tract. Having taken multiple antibiotics, your gut microbiome may still be disrupted, and that's why you feel better on syrups like Stomafit, which temporarily soothe the gut — but the underlying cause needs deeper healing. The good news: This condition is reversible with a natural, holistic approach. I specialize in treating such chronic digestive disorders with individualized homeopathic treatment — aimed at: Restoring gut flora Healing inflammation Supporting liver & gallbladder function Improving overall digestion and bowel rhythm You can also check a video testimonial on my Instagram where a patient shares their recovery experience from H. pylori-related issues. You’re welcome to send your full reports — we offer online consultations and detailed guidance wherever you are. Warm regards, Dr. Jyoti Kadkol Health Global Homoeopathy Clinic, Bangalore

Hi, Thank you for sharing your detailed health history. From what you’ve described, the semi-loose stools, yellowish food-colored appearance, mild acidity, pressure post meals, and a history of H. pylori, along with recent findings of Grade 1 fatty liver, biliary sludge, and enterocolitis-this clearly suggests a chronic gastrointestinal imbalance likely involving intestinal inflammation, liver sluggishness, and gut flora disruption (possibly post-antibiotic effect). In homeopathy, we focus on restoring internal balance rather than only suppressing symptoms. Chronic gut issues like yours need a constitutional and gut-centric approach. Lifestyle & Dietary Tips: Eat light, easily digestible food, and avoid oily/spicy meals. Drink lukewarm water 30 minutes after meals to support digestion. Avoid eating fruits immediately after meals. Include liver-friendly herbs like turmeric, amla, and dandelion (in moderation). I have successfully treated many similar cases where symptoms persisted even after multiple allopathic courses. With a detailed homeopathic case-taking, we can provide long-term relief and gut healing without dependency on syrups or acid-reducing drugs. You're welcome to book a consultation to discuss your reports and design a personalized treatment plan. I'd be happy to help you on a consult. ~Dr.Likhitha MD(Hom.)
