Is there permanent cure for Anal Fissure
Since a year I'm suffering from anal cracks and recently I visited a gynecologist and she said it is Anal fissure due to constipation and gave medicines for 5days. There's no improvement in my condition. Defecation will be done daily in the morning when I wake up and twice mostly (but painful from 1year). But still Is this constipation? Changed many items in my diet. Having more fiber food, non spicy food, more fluids. But There's no difference in my pain while passing stool. Painless only when I'm Taking "Cremaffin plus" syrup daily before going to bed everyday and nifecaine cream before and after bowel movement. If I skip syrup for a day it's horrible pain in the next morning again. Now we are planning for children and are medicines of  Anal fissure a problem to conceive? For how long can I have this syrup and does it impact if I conceive? Is there any solution for this and how long does it take if there is a treatment?

You should take Sitz bath (Hot water tub bath) followed by application of Sushruta Ointment and Lekhan Powder in the anal region 2-4 times daily. Put 5 ml of Sushruta oil in the anal canal in the night. For easy evacuation of bowel; you should take 1 teaspoon of Sushruta Churna with warm water in the night. Anal fissure is successful treated by homoepathy constitutional medicine. Avoid strain and reduce stress. Fissure is caused by undue strain during stool. So avoid this Eat more fibrous diet.

Add fiber to your diet. Eating about 25 to 30 grams of fiber a day can help keep stools soft and improve fissure healing. Fiber-rich foods include fruits, vegetables, nuts and whole grains. once constipation is cured fissure will be cured. Homoepathic treatment cure constipation and fissure permanently..2months course required to cure completely.. you can consult me online for treatment and guidance..

First of all use Indian style toilet, if you are using commode toilet, then use toilet step stool, commode toilet is unnatural for humans, Western toilet increases constipation. Since Constipation is a bigger factor behind piles & Fissure. If you are feeling itching & burning, Your anal muscles become unusually tight, this is symptoms of Anal Fissure, sometimes anal fissure not cured by only taking medication also don't go for any anal surgery (Fissurectomy), Your anus grip can be loose after surgery, You should get some Ayurvedic Therapies like Ayurvedic Matra Basti, Ayurvedic Kshar Karma & Anal Dilatation. If your Fissure wound is big & chronic then LIS Treatment is must, after that you will never have a Fissure again. You'll be fine in just 10 days. we will provide you demo video for the treatment procedure, Call Us for more details,

There is no problem in conceiving. Don’t worry. Pain during defecation is because the fissure has not healed properly, that’s why u feel pain. Also u can take homeopathic medicine for relief. Taking more of fibre n water is plot helping u probably because of indigestion. Do this 1. Take home cooked, fresh light food. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 2. Increas the fibre in your diet. 3. Increas your fluid intake. 4. Avoiding straining and constipation which is the most useful thing patients can do 5. Maintain active life style 6. Curd is good for u. 7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods Homeopathy has very encouraging results. Consult online with details
