Throat infection
I an having this throat pain from last one week along with a lot of coughing. I didn't think it was anything serious but recently I saw little blood in the cough and now I am really scared. Does blood come in case of a normal throat infection also?

Hello.. No generally blood is not associated with cough...it either that you have been coughing persistently leading to mucosal bleed...do not worry..hydrate yourself well...if you notice blood again consult a physician and get yourself evaluated... One more thing I wanted to know whether you have observed fresh bleed or brownish bleed

Without further delay consult a physician. Yes blood can come even if its a simple infection and could be a sign of a serious disease so you would also be calm, if you consult a physician who will examine and let you know if its just small thing.
