I feel a pain like a muscle pull on the right side of my waist / lower back. It doesn't hurt normally but when I sneeze or cough it does. I have applied volini gel and even taken hot water showers but it is still present. Been almost a week. I am overweight and attended gym for the first time in years, ten days ago doing mostly cardio. Could this be the reason? How do I cure this as I want to get back to the gym? Thanks. For the help

Due to triceps workout my elbow is paining a lot, i have stopped triceps now and applied ice compressor and also volini and my pain is subsided but it is not completely healed. If i start triceps exercises again it will increase with same intensity. Could you please suggest what should be my course of action to completely heal and start my triceps exercises again.

Our Mother got tripped on the floor, the day before yesterday around 11pm, got hurt on the left elbow and knee, we have been applying Volini & spray but it's hurting extremely but doesn't seem like fracture or muscle tear. I hurt my neck while exercising yesterday. But since then I can't turn to the left or to the extreme right. If I have to look up or down it hurts horribly and my head feels heavy too. When I travel to work any kind of bumps in the road or jerking of the vehicles it hurts also. I cannot apply volini or any relaxants on my neck as it gives me skin allergies. Could anyone tell me what has happened and what I should do for this? Can you please help suggest a medicine which I can take?🙏

Hello, I did some light exercises (for around 30 mins) including sit ups over the weekend and from 2 days I am now having knee pain which worsens whenever I bend my knee. Usually I don't do that much exercises, rather I walk for 30-40 mins in the morning, so not sure if this because of that. I applied volini but the pain is still there. Can someone suggest what can I do for this pain?
