BACK PAIN OF DORSAL SPINE FROM PUNCH
Some fool person punched me from full force at my back into dorsal spine i am having pain since 5 days i have aaplied ice/hot water,volini gel,spray and have also taken paracetamol and mobijox still its paining what should i do next pain is visible when i touch that area he has hitten me on my bone of back

The punching may have caused soft tissue injury.Such type of pain is relieved after a week or two.Apply ice pack and warm water compress alternatively.A stronger analgesic tablet naproxen could be helpful.However if the pain is bothering you , consult a orthopedist in your area.
