I m 27yr old female having sudden lower pain in back from last 5days . problem in walking sitting.taken medicine thioquest dp for two days n volini spray.bt relief is only 50 percent.kindly help

Sharp pain since yesterday in upper back area near bra strap. Applied volini twice. Pain reduced temporarily but its surfacing again. Unable to walk properly

I m suffering from back pain what should I do to resolve this issue .I have used several ointment such as Volini .Several balm and further stuffs to resolve the issues but unless to get proper relaxation for the same .so I kindly requested you to provide me proper resolution so that I can get relxaed .

Couple of weeks before I had pain in my back which the dr said due to muscle spasm. I had previously applied volini & I had few visible rashes on the back & front right side. 3 days back, after finishing a badminton game and having a shower, gradually my lower back started to pain(more towards the left side and slightly on the starting point of the left leg). Fearing chronic pain I'm using hot water bags and volini. Any home redimies? Any particular thing that I can wear while playing protect the back? Any side effects of applying volini after every game just to be on the safer side? In future can I apply little volini BEFORE game to avoid further damage?

I have pain above the left knee joint and I tried applying Volini gel and use heat pack for reducing pain. I have taken zerodol for pain reduction. Nothing was found in xray too. It seems normal. But I feel the pain increasing little bit and sometimes I get a small bulge over that place. What should I do now?
