  3. Pain around my knee. Any suggestions?

Pain around my knee
I have been experiencing heavy pain in and around my knee joint, i am able to walk but i could not move my leg suddenly and it pains hell. I have applied Volini gel and no relief. My thighs have swollen and during night the pain gets more and unable to sleep. Any suggestions?
