Yesterday I walked for 7 to 8km at night my leg started paining but today both leg muscle started too much n full body aslo I can't even walk properly it paining, i have put volini 2 -3 times it doesn't work

My neck became stiff on my right hand side, might be because of improper sleeping posture. I am able to rotate my head in all the directions, but this pain is not going, it is not severe pain but still makes me discomfort. I took hot water bath, applied volini/zandu balm, daily exercising head rotation, but since one week it is still there. What is the best remedy?

In april i slipped on stairs. Clot blood in right side of lower back.then i applied thrombophob gel nd volini. All ok after 1wk.bt now from 4days i have hvy pain in right side of lower back nd behind of right thigh also. I cant sit or walk properly. Evrytime m in pain. Plz help.

I am having pain at left side lower back when pressed from last 5 days, applied move/volini still no imp. Hi I have pain in mid chest when I do certain movements only I have consulted many doctors and did each and echo too which came out as normal. Everyone said it could be muscular pain or costochondritis. How long will it take for this to get cured? I am scared to even lift my kid. Everyone prescribed only volini gel and nothing else.
