Yesterday I walked for 7 to 8km at night my leg started paining but today both leg muscle started too much n full body aslo I can't even walk properly it paining, i have put volini 2 -3 times it doesn't work

Hope you are feeling better..it's normal pain usually came in day 1 after 3km walk. if u are not walking daily. use all' the treatment like ice and hot water .and do streching of all major muscle before And after walking.

You should give ice therapy for both legs on your front and back thigh, calf muscles and shin area for every 2 hours for 10-15 minutes.
Take rest, avoid standing and walking for long time.
If the pain persist or aggrevates after 3 days, then you should consult a physiotherapist in person for complete assessment and treatment.

If your leg Pain started after walking, there are chances of muscle strain that is giving u reffered Pain. But idealy it is important to assess and examine properly. For this better u consult to the Physiotherapist regarding the whole leg n body pain.
Starting it self if ur walking for so many kms,ur muscles will go for fatigue.
Try to take rest for 3 days completely then start walking for 2 kms for few days then improve the range of ur walking.
If there is weakness and stiffness of muses it is common to get pains and it will be there for 2 days, do hot water fermentation, if required otc to reduce pain.
the pain will reduce in 2 days, if no improvement then consult with GP or neurogist for proper assessment and treatment.
Hi What you experience is just a DOMS common response after a sudden unprepared vigorous muscular activity.
Just do stretching of the muscles, hot fermentation and hydrate yourself properly. If symptoms remains even after a day or two, than consult physio clinic.
