I just fall down 5to 6 staircase and got an injury.While walking I don't feel the pain but sitting on chair whole day it causes a pain at the point I got injured and also when I touch it pains. in the evening I put volini and crab bandage. Also some time it is swelled up. What should I do now

From this morning I was having little pain on my patella on right knee which turned into acute pain later and now walking has become problem.I have taken paracetamol 650 and applied Volini but it doesn't seem to be doing anything.While comparing right knee with left it appears that a swelling is also there.Please advise as applicable.

Been having left leg pain for about 6 years it comes and goes bt extremely aggressive did consult a doctor way back and said its nothing . Bt recently for about 6 months it has stressed to my lower back region plus thighs alot. I have had nerve relaxers But isn't affecting well and Volini ice packs Nothing is helping.

Since a couple of weeks there is a tight lump (swelling) that has developed on my right buttock muscle. It is quite painful especially when pressure is applied on it. Hi, Actually I have injured my knee while playing badminton. First I didn't go to any doctor and just used volini and knee cap . Now I am not able to run or play any sport and whenever I place my leg wrongly it get twisted from the knee and gets swelled. Please advice me what to do .

Neck is paining while turning head around. I was well but when I woke up in the morning I get into very much pain on back portion of my neck and part across my neck when I turn my head.. pain is so much that I couldn't move my head a little. it's been 2 days and pain is still same. I have applied volini and sometimes I did icing as well but no improvement.
