I have pain in the back of the head on the right side. It's since sat morning. Earlier i had pain in the neck but after applying moov/volini that's fine . Now it's in the head. I have taken two dose of Hifenac-P and it's better now still i have the pain. Not sure if it's nerve related or muscular

It is muscular. It will be relieved by hot compress and paracetamol 500 mg tab
