I am 26 year old and i have been doing power yoga and zumba for a month. Last week, while doing Zumba i felt a sudden jerk in my knee. I thought it would be fine, so i only applied volini a couple of times. It has been a week and the pain has not gone completely. Also there is no swelling or anything in my knee.

Pain in side of left leg foot
My left leg ankle ligament is pretty weak. since 5 days i am having pain between the small toe and ankle, upper side of the foot. It gets unbearable after walking for a while. I applied volini over it with crape band aid support but it didnt make any differene. The upper area is slightly swelled up not much. what should i do ?

Lower back pain
Yesterday suddenly while playing I got a severe lower back pain.I applied volini and slept.Today I still have moderate pain in lower back and having problem while sitting, standing or walking and severe pain while moving at some angles. The pain is in the lower extreme of the back. Is this some normal muscle strain or can be something else?

I am having lower back pain.
I am having a lower back pain for a last one month.I used to go for workout everyday.From last two weeks its aggravate.I applied mustard oil massage & muscle relaxant ointments like volini but it does not work at all for last one & half month.Should I stop going for workout and rest for how long?what will be my medication to get relief?

Swelling and pain near knee region.
Was hit by a motorcycle a week ago. Wasn't that badly injured. Only swelling near knee region and back portion of thigh because of the impact. Have been applying volini and using crepe bandage. Can walk easily but sometimes pain occurs. Still swelling has not subsided. And I don't feel it's a fracture so haven't been to the doctor yet
