From yesterday morning after wake up sudden i feel pain in my back neck and cannot move my head up and down and both side. till its continue though i massage with my neck with iodex and volini...what should i do? is it any spinal problem? what medical check up should I do? please suggest?

I have been suffering from muscle pain from last one month.It usually occurs on right side of upper back.I have used Volini and other pain relief gel but nothing has changed and from last one week the pain has increased to extreme level.

I've been suffering from extreme rhomboid pain since past two days. The pain has started radiating to my arms and neck too. Also it is now pinching also. Though it was very red initially, now the rashes colour is getting less red . But I m having very itchy skin which is pinching a lot. Kindly advise what should I apply or any medication
