Pain in lower back
I do weight training 3-4 days a week. I got a muscle pull in my lower back left side. I'm applying hot water bag shake and volini but can't see any change. How do i get better?

Hello There. i can understand your concern, you need to rest a little and stop your weight training for a few days. take a tablet Zerodol-TH8 twice a day for 2 days and you will feel better. take things slow at the gym. do not rush into adding more weights. you need to follow proper posture and breathing while doing weights. kindly do it under a good trainer. best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain
