Neck became stiff on right side
My neck became stiff on my right hand side, might be because of improper sleeping posture. I am able to rotate my head in all the directions, but this pain is not going, it is not severe pain but still makes me discomfort. I took hot water bath, applied volini/zandu balm, daily exercising head rotation, but since one week it is still there. What is the best remedy?

You are already doing the best treatment for your problem. This is movement of neck in all directions. Local application of Volini gel. You didn't need pain killers because of danger of gastric irritation.
