I hurt my neck while exercising yesterday. But since then I can't turn to the left or to the extreme right. If I have to look up or down it hurts horribly and my head feels heavy too. When I travel to work any kind of bumps in the road or jerking of the vehicles it hurts also. I cannot apply volini or any relaxants on my neck as it gives me skin allergies. Could anyone tell me what has happened and what I should do for this? Can you please help suggest a medicine which I can take?🙏

Your Neck pain following an injury may be due to spasm of the neck muscles. However one needs to consider the type of injury , direction of the neck movements etc.Ideally you should consult with an orthopedist in your area for clinical examination and treatment.Till you fix an appointment ,use zerodol p twice daily and ice pack over the affected area
