Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

Feeling pain and discomfort in lower abdomen and kidney area for last six months. USG done and it's results tells that small stone in kidney and increase in size of prostate gland . In day time it's only a heavy feeling in back side but in sleeping time it feels like my bladder is full but urine comes very less and feels still some urine is there. More over i have to go to urinate for 2-3 times in night . It's daily disturbing my sleep. Morning time I feel one more extra pain in the middle portion of bladder and kidney, I guess from ureter. Don't know how to approach doctor and which specialisation. Some unnatural symptoms I have noticed in my body that if I sit quietly for some time I don't feel either my legs or hands and nervous sizzling is there, when I start shaking them again they come to life and my face swells a bit after getting up from bed,body feels tired. Suggestions please. Thanks in advance.

The pain feels like it's sharp and when I move it increases and I feel more fat / swelling on the left side of the rib area then the right side. I taught its spleen and went to a gastroenterologist he didn't even check and said it's just gas. But it feels like a organ or muscle pain. I feel like it is increasing when I focus on it. Also have muscle tention. Please answer my question ❓

Since few years, I mostly suffer from tenesmus in intestines leading to diarrhea which leads to severe spasms/pain in muscles of ribs/ chest and then to severe stomach pain. I have taken omeperazole many times which gives relief for the day then i started levosulpride which almost made me healthy but caused libido affect so i left. So what medicine would be best for me and which precautions should i take.

Hi respected doctors here, my age 29 , wt. 73 kg (bmi 23)  Lean boy with height 5.9". Whenever I have food (4roti n subji) or drink full water like 2 glasses.Immeditely after finishing meal,I fill uneasiness and discomfort all over the body. I can feel my heartbeat sensations allover the body specially more on my stomach. After 1-2 hours everything become normal. No symptom of nausea, vomit , indigestion,diarrhoea ,heart burn. Rest of time or empty stomach everything reamins normally I do fart many times. I have done Abdomen ultrasound.all parts are normal and no abnormalities found in any of the organs. Blood test,CBC, ESR, Urine test(Bun creatinine), Stool routine test , LFT, Lipase, Serum analysis everything have normal values. It is happening for  last 1.5 yrs.I am not able to find the exact reason or solutions. Can it be due to acid reflux or gastric issues. Pls suggest any advice.I have all reports with me. Dear Sir Once upon a time 18 years back i was doing exercise in evening.after that i had my dinner and gone to bed. All of sudden i started to think and felt uncomfortable. I don't know why and suddenly my heart beat starts increasing. I tried to avoid and tried to sleep but i don't know why i felt uncomfortable in sleeping. Then i came to my father and started to cry and i shared my problem. Next day i reached for doctor consultation and doctor did the ECG and reports were normal. Doctor prescribed the medicine which was Betacap TR 40 and Alprocontin 0.5 mg. Few days later i became normal. I started to play and all outdoor and indoor activity but i started to feel discomfort in running like heart rate was increasing at the time of running. Years passed and in 2008 i felt the same problem and went to the doctor vipin jain in shakarpur delhi.i told him that i have fear from heavy sound, attending my classed, fear in lift and fear from  crowd. He prescribed the Tolol xr 50 medicine.

Dear Doctor, Friend of mine is feeling pain and burning sensasion below left rib cage, and alcoholic. Drinking from past 15 years minimum. And unwilling to quit drinking. Can u please look at attached the reports and plz suggest and how serious is this.

Discomfort in chest and constipation. Fatigue and little panic attack feeling. Very much sleepy. Always tired. Also little pain while moving chest in few directions. Little heaviness in breathing. Vitamin D deficiency.
