Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

Since start of week have chest discomfort radiating to left arm + back. First ekg on sat n next on Mon.. - both normal! Had echo n tmt 1 month ago- fine.. Pain decreased from Tues n fine for 2-3 days but today I.e Friday night again very bad- this time concentrated in jaw n throat - feels so tight n heavy. Cudnt sleep whole night After 4-5 hours it wud be morning! Just wanted to know whether an ecg wud be enough or do I need troponine also? Can ecg done after 8-9 hours of pain wud be enoug? Plz plz suggest me as ecg will cost only 200 n easy to get it done but troponine 1k so can't spent that much money n will have to go big hospital

Hello Doctor namaste, my son 43 in IT facing severe burning in eyes since 2 weeks. eyes sometime red to 20% only. vision ok. he is adviced single vision reading glasses +0.75D in Nov recently. severe burning eyes occurs abruptly with migraine headache from time to time last 2 weeks. severe discomfort due to burning sensation in eyes. no watery eyes. we have followed below: 1. Refresh Tears regularily since 10 days 2. Fomira eye drops for one week in between 3. Softdrops pm eye gel at night alternately 4. IT eye drops also started alternatly 5. Hi Doctor, I am experiencing dryness and discomfort on my private area. The skin of the penis and the scrotum have irritation and sometimes gets cracks due to this. The penile glans also turns very dry and causes discomfort. I am quite sure that there is no infection in that area but as I always like to keep the area shaved, it sometimes gives small boils. I have tried oil and moisturizer but it gives only a temporary solution. Kindly help me and advise a good medicine for this issue.

I take naxdom 500 for headache once. For acidity I took Pan-D but slight stomach discomfort still remained so I then took pan MPS O syrup. Its stopped the discomfort, but my only question is was it too much of medicine?I don't take this everyday. I hope it doesn't cause constipation as I was already in constipation medication ganaton 50 in the morning.

I am 18 years I have recently heart palpitataion problem I got cured after treatment after done my all tests clear related heart  and now I feel fatigue and stomach discomfort and heart palpitation again and spinning of head sometime mostly it happen with me after eating and sometime before eating also.
