Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

I am seeing multiple symptoms from some time such as intermittent left upper chest discomfort, muscle weakness/numbness, knee pain, lower back pain. What could be the cause.

I was involved in a fight last night during which the other person attempted to gouge my eyes with his thumbs, I was able to resist before anything too bad happened. Today I am experiencing mild discomfort especially when I move my eyes, my left eye was also bloodshot when I woke up this morning.

Hi respected doctors here, my age 29 , wt. 73 kg (bmi 23)  Lean boy with height 5.9". Whenever I have food (4roti n subji) or drink full water like 2 glasses.Immeditely after finishing meal,I fill uneasiness and discomfort all over the body. I can feel my heartbeat sensations allover the body specially more on my stomach. After 1-2 hours everything become normal. No symptom of nausea, vomit , indigestion,diarrhoea ,heart burn. Rest of time or empty stomach everything reamins normally I do fart many times. I have done Abdomen ultrasound.all parts are normal and no abnormalities found in any of the organs. Blood test,CBC, ESR, Urine test(Bun creatinine), Stool routine test , LFT, Lipase, Serum analysis everything have normal values. It is happening for  last 1.5 yrs.I am not able to find the exact reason or solutions. Can it be due to acid reflux or gastric issues. Pls suggest any advice.I have all reports with me. Dear Sir Once upon a time 18 years back i was doing exercise in evening.after that i had my dinner and gone to bed. All of sudden i started to think and felt uncomfortable. I don't know why and suddenly my heart beat starts increasing. I tried to avoid and tried to sleep but i don't know why i felt uncomfortable in sleeping. Then i came to my father and started to cry and i shared my problem. Next day i reached for doctor consultation and doctor did the ECG and reports were normal. Doctor prescribed the medicine which was Betacap TR 40 and Alprocontin 0.5 mg. Few days later i became normal. I started to play and all outdoor and indoor activity but i started to feel discomfort in running like heart rate was increasing at the time of running. Years passed and in 2008 i felt the same problem and went to the doctor vipin jain in shakarpur delhi.i told him that i have fear from heavy sound, attending my classed, fear in lift and fear from  crowd. He prescribed the Tolol xr 50 medicine.

For last 5 moths suffering from dull pain or say discomfort in right hip and leg. visited ortho. he says it may be mild sciatica . done xray of hips and spine. nothing abnormal seen. ultrasound of full abdomin. nothing abnormal. one more thing. this discomfort keep shifting a bit. now i had a lil discomfort in right side of buttock near anus and in scrotum. so doc did and ultrasound of scrotum. it say normal size of testicles and epidimis and normal color flow and echo pattern. doc say this may be also due to mild sciatica. is there something serious .orit is just nerve problem

I have been having this problem for almost one year. I feel heaviness and tightness in my eyes with discomfort while opening them, as if my eyes don't want to stay open. Earlier it used to happen mainly when I was sitting idle, but now it has started happening even while I am working or active. The episodes come randomly sometimes for 1-5 min in a day, sometimes it remains for hrs and then stop then again happen..most noticeable for me is after bathing in morning.. When I feel heaviness in my eyes and then forcefully keep my eyes open for a long time, I start feeling head heaviness and dizziness. I also feel excessive daytime sleepiness. There is no double vision. Eye check-up and CT scan were normal. My blood tests sugar, thyroid, uric acid, vitamins all are okay except for low d3 levels..Wind and cold water splash on my face gives some relief. The problem is not constant but keeps recurring somedays it's less somedays it keeps getting worse.

Hi all. I was treated for a boiling water burn from 1st Feb on thigh. The burn has healed and all meds including antibiotics and paracetamol was stopped as of yesterday after nearly 2 weeks. Was prescribed antibiotic and paracetamol since I had fever even before burn. Now after stopping the meds,I have severe headache for which the doctor asked me to take dolo 650 twice for 2 days. I have been feeling cold since November. No sugar, thyroid normal,no cholesterol,and checked previously for dengue,typhoid,jaundice,leptospirosis etc all turned out to be negative. My temp off late has always been hovering around 100 . I don't have cough,cold, sneeze, sore throat etc . Post nasal drip bothers me. I have had body pains throughout December,sciatica for which I did exercises and feel better. The latest discomfort was a pain or something by neck,ears,head,while bending down,turning either side or straight while sleeping or when breathing. This has been resolved after which I had the burn.

Since few weeks after a course of amoxyclav, i had started some abdominal discomfort. Post 2 weeks i had developed stomach pain, then i took esomac, esomac d and econorm as prescribed by doctor. It reduced the pain, but not completely i had hunger type feeing most of the times as well as i see that that is consistent. Also i have sticky stool as shown in pic i am not sure if this stool is normal or not. Later I consulted with local gas doctor who asked for kft and lft, i did both and both were nrmal, he asked to take rifagut 550 along with vizylac + esomac d for 5 days.. while on it, initially my pain went away but gassy feeling at throat remained. But very mild... also while on that my stool were normal solid like snake...is there any ulcer in my stomach, why my stools are like this? I am scared :(. Please help me. And also tell me which type of stool is this? Is this loose or normal?

2 weeks back I had taken a course of amoxyclav for my tooth infection along with vizylac rich capsule(twice a day) for 5 days since then that I am having stomach discomfort, initially it fet like gas inside stomach, the slowly i had pain in the centre stomach area. My stool are normal but i see pale yellowish colour sometimes. 4-5 days back i had stomach ache before sleeping, the next day I consulted a doctor via practo and he prescribed me this, since last 2-3 days i am on the medicines attached in the images. Symptoms i have now: After eating today i fet a little ache in the central area, then when i was outside before dinner it felt like air/gas, the pain that i used to have before sleeping is not there, Still sometime i feel slight(2/10) nauseous and I don't feel fresh. Please help me out, should I continue with the medicines or change is needed?

I feel pain on the outer side of one breast, either constantly for some time or sharp pain for a second anytime during the day. It has become unusually large and deformed on the inner side. It weighs down on the outer side if I lay straight on my back. The nipple looks darker in comparison to that of the other breast. This started 2 years back. I got it checked but no lumps were found back then. I passed it for a consequence of weight loss or gain. But it does not get better. Rather it causes discomfort, pain and doesn't fit the same cup size. The bulging appears distinctly and is easy to spot on top of clothes too. Could it be a cyst or some sign of cancer or any other possibility? Which test do I get done to get an image of what is going on inside? My town does not have specialists or any physicians I could trust with this but I could go to a diagnostics center and share the report online. It is worrying me and I don't want to wait to visit a city nearby after the pandemic ends.
