I have more than 100 F fever, ranging between 100.5 -102.7 F for two days. On the second day, I developed discomfort, itching and pain in throat- while swallowing. I took paracetamol for reducing the fever but the fever doesn't go away. It gets reduced but doesn't go away. What should I do?

Hi,I have a travel to work upcoming and need to go out of India, as a formality I need to get the RTPCR done tomorrow, but I have a minor throat discomfort and hence worried will it have any impact on the rtpcr testing. Kindly note I have no other symptoms of cold or cough or temperature or fatigue and also I have been vaccinated with both doses of covishield. Should I be worried that throat infection will have any bearing on the rtpcr?

Since few years, I mostly suffer from tenesmus in intestines leading to diarrhea which leads to severe spasms/pain in muscles of ribs/ chest and then to severe stomach pain. I have taken omeperazole many times which gives relief for the day then i started levosulpride which almost made me healthy but caused libido affect so i left. So what medicine would be best for me and which precautions should i take.

I feel minor discomfort while walking besides nocturnal palpitations. Palpitations were frequent during my stay in florida USA last year than here in India now. For the past 5 days I am facing pelvic discomfort, back pain, stomach discomfort, passing of gas. Today is the first day of.period so thought maybe it was PMS but have never faced anything like this before. Had a regular health checkup 3 days back where a transabdominal ultrasound was done but no abnormalities found,urine test also ok. Little worried if this something like ovarian cancer but gyn consultation (part of health check) said all fine. Should I ask for a transvaginal ultrasound to check again for any issue with ovaries ?

I have continuous discomfort, pain, weakness in left arm particularly elbow.
